Kerra Terms of Service

Last Updated: August 25, 2026 · Governs use of the Kerra website, web app, iOS app, Android app, and the Kerra Connect Chrome extension

Please read this carefully. These Terms include a binding arbitration agreement, a waiver of class actions and jury trial, limits on our liability, a one-year deadline for bringing claims, and rules about how Kerra accesses your learning management system, how your content is used, and how the Kerra Genius program works. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first agreeing to these Terms, as described in Section 17.6. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use Kerra.

1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1 Binding agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and PlanItUni LLC, d/b/a Kerra ("Kerra," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the Kerra website, web application, iOS application, Android application, the Kerra Connect Chrome extension, and the outputs, share features, learning management system ("LMS") integrations, and related services we make available (collectively, the "Service").

You agree to these Terms by creating an account, clicking a button indicating your agreement, installing or using our extension, connecting an LMS, generating or sharing content through Kerra, or otherwise accessing any part of the Service.

1.2 Privacy Policy and supplemental terms

Your use of the Service is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Some features may be subject to additional disclosures, consents, eligibility requirements, or program terms that we present to you in-product. If those supplemental terms conflict with these Terms, the supplemental terms control for that feature, to the extent of the conflict.

1.3 Authority

If you are using the Service on behalf of an institution, employer, or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

1.4 Electronic notices and signatures

You agree that your electronic agreement to these Terms has the same force and effect as a handwritten signature, and that we may provide notices to you electronically, including by email, in-product notice, or by posting updated documents on the Service.

1.5 Independence from your school

Kerra is an independent, third-party platform. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any college, university, or LMS provider. Section 5.3 describes this in more detail.

2. Description of the Service

Kerra is an AI-powered study companion for college and university students. Depending on the platform, your plan, and the features you enable, the Service may include:

  • AI chat and study assistance grounded in your course materials;
  • integration with learning management systems such as Canvas, Moodle, Blackboard, and Brightspace through the Kerra Connect extension or in-app connections;
  • assignment and calendar syncing;
  • flashcards, practice materials, notes, summaries, explanations, and other generated outputs;
  • workspaces, share links, and other ways to send content to people you choose;
  • service notifications and communications;
  • Kerra Genius, an opt-in feature that connects students with participating employers (Section 9); and
  • other study, planning, and support features we make available from time to time.

By default, content you sync from your LMS is used privately to provide the Service to you. It is not shared with anyone else unless you direct us to share it through a feature we provide, or unless you have opted in to Kerra Genius as described in Section 9.

Kerra is available across web, iOS, and Android, and features may differ by platform based on device or app store capabilities.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

3.1 Minimum age

You must be at least 16 years old — or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher — to create a Kerra account. You must be at least 18 years old — or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher — to use Kerra Genius.

3.2 Accurate information and authorized use

You represent that the information you provide to us is accurate and current, that you will keep it up to date, and that you are using only accounts, devices, browser sessions, and LMS environments you are authorized to use. You further represent that your use of Kerra complies with applicable law, your institution's policies, your honor code, and any platform terms that apply to you. Kerra accounts require a valid academic email address ending in .edu, or your institution's equivalent academic email domain; we use this address to verify your eligibility to use the Service, and we may suspend or terminate accounts that do not meet this requirement.

3.3 Account security

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials, your extension access, and your devices, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at support@kerra.app if you believe someone has accessed or used your account without your permission.

3.4 No account transfers

You may not sell, rent, lend, sublicense, share, or transfer your account or your access credentials.

4. Subscription Plans, Free Trial, and Billing

4.1 Free trial

Kerra may offer a seven (7) day free trial to new subscribers. The plan the trial converts into will be shown to you before you start it. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan and your payment method will be charged.

4.2 Subscription fees

Kerra offers monthly and annual subscription plans at the pricing displayed at the time of checkout (currently $7.99/month or $54.99/year). Fees are billed in advance.

4.3 Auto-renewal and cancellation

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel beforehand. You may cancel at any time through your account settings on the web or in the mobile app, or, for subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings, consistent with each store's billing terms. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

4.4 App store purchases

If you subscribe through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, your purchase is also subject to that store's terms of service and payment terms, which govern billing, refunds, and cancellation for that purchase channel. Where those terms conflict with this Section 4 for a purchase made through that store, the store's terms control for that purchase.

4.5 Payment processing

Payments made directly to Kerra are processed by third-party payment processors. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges consistent with the plan you selected until you cancel.

4.6 Refunds

Except where required by law, where a store's terms require otherwise for a purchase made through that store, or where we expressly state otherwise in writing, fees are non-refundable.

4.7 Changes to pricing and plans

We may change prices, plans, and features. Changes to the price of an existing subscription apply on a prospective basis, and we will give you notice before they take effect where required by law or by an app store's rules.

5. LMS Integration

5.1 Connecting your LMS

If you connect Kerra to your institution's LMS (Canvas, Moodle, Blackboard, Brightspace, or another supported system), you do so through your own personal access authorization as a student. You represent that you are authorized to access that LMS account and that connecting Kerra does not violate your institution's acceptable-use policy, code of conduct, or applicable law. You are responsible for reviewing your institution's policies on third-party academic tools before connecting an LMS integration.

5.2 Data scope and your controls

Kerra's LMS integration syncs your course names, assignment names and due dates, lecture files, and calendar items. We never access or store your grades, GPA, gradebook entries, or transcripts, and we access no other administrative or instructor-facing data. Synced LMS content sits encrypted at rest, and Kerra has no standing server-side access to it. When you actively prompt Kerra — for example, to summarize a lecture file or ask about an upcoming assignment — the relevant content is sent to third-party AI providers to generate that response, as described in Section 7.3. You may exclude an individual course from sync, disconnect your LMS integration, or delete your account entirely at any time through account settings. Our Privacy Policy describes what we collect, how long we keep it, who processes it on our behalf, and how to exercise your rights.

5.3 No affiliation and no institutional liability

Kerra is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, partnered with, or approved by Instructure, Canvas, D2L, Brightspace, Blackboard, Moodle, any other LMS provider, or any educational institution, unless we expressly say so in writing. We do not need any such partnership to offer LMS integration, because the integration runs on your own authorized access. We are not responsible for decisions made by your institution, your instructors, your classmates, or an LMS provider, including investigations, disciplinary action, academic penalties, account restrictions, or content takedowns.

5.4 Suspension of an integration

We may suspend or limit an LMS integration if we reasonably believe it violates applicable law, an institution's policy, or an LMS provider's rules, or if an institution asks us to do so in a documented request.

6. User Content and the Rights You Grant

6.1 Your ownership

"User Content" means materials you upload, connect, sync, submit, or create through Kerra, including notes, documents, recordings, syllabi, chat prompts, and LMS data you are authorized to use. As between you and Kerra, you retain whatever rights you lawfully hold in your User Content.

6.2 Your representations

You represent and warrant that you have all rights, permissions, consents, and legal authority necessary to connect the LMS account you connect, to submit your User Content to the Service, to instruct us to process, transform, disclose, export, or share it, and to create any share links you create. You further represent that your User Content, and your use of it through Kerra, does not violate any law, contract, confidentiality obligation, institutional rule, academic integrity policy, privacy or publicity right, copyright, trademark, trade secret, or other third-party right.

6.3 Content you may not use through Kerra without authorization

Unless you are clearly authorized to do so, you may not use Kerra to upload, sync, generate from, share, distribute, or send:

  • instructor-only materials, answer keys, exams, quizzes, or other assessment materials;
  • copyrighted course materials or readings, beyond the rights you have been granted in them;
  • confidential, proprietary, or embargoed educational content;
  • content containing another person's sensitive personal information; or
  • content that removes, obscures, or misstates authorship, source, ownership, or usage rights.

6.4 License you grant to Kerra

You grant Kerra and our service providers a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, copy, store, transmit, display, reformat, parse, OCR, transcode, extract, index, search, and summarize your User Content, and to create the derivatives required to operate the Service, in each case as reasonably necessary to:

  • provide and maintain the Service and generate the outputs you request, including summaries, flashcards, and practice materials;
  • route, deliver, and audit any sharing you initiate;
  • secure the Service and prevent fraud, abuse, and policy violations;
  • comply with law and legal process; and
  • enforce these Terms and protect Kerra, our users, and third parties.

This license exists so that we can operate the Service for you. If you opt in to Kerra Genius, you grant the separate and additional license described in Section 9.4, and only for as long as you remain opted in.

6.5 No obligation to host

We may remove, block, refuse, or disable access to any User Content, output, or feature at any time if we believe it creates legal, security, privacy, academic integrity, platform, or operational risk.

7. AI Features and Generated Content

7.1 Output may be wrong

Kerra uses artificial intelligence, including third-party AI models, to generate study aids and chat responses. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, biased, or out of date, and is provided for study assistance only. You are responsible for reviewing and independently verifying any AI-generated content against your course materials before relying on it. Kerra is a study aid, not a substitute for attending class, completing coursework honestly, or exercising your own academic judgment.

7.2 No guarantee of originality or non-infringement

Outputs may be similar or identical to outputs generated for other users. We do not guarantee that any output is original, exclusive to you, non-infringing, or acceptable under your institution's rules.

7.3 Third-party AI providers

Some AI features rely on third-party model providers and routing or inference vendors. Those providers apply their own terms, policies, technical limits, and data retention practices, and our Privacy Policy identifies the categories of provider we use. If you do not want particular material processed by a third-party AI provider, do not submit that material to AI features.

7.4 Academic integrity is your responsibility

You are solely responsible for how you use AI output, including whether your use complies with your institution's academic integrity and AI-use policies, its honor code, applicable citation standards, and applicable law.

7.5 No professional advice

Kerra does not provide legal advice, medical advice, mental health treatment, crisis care, financial advice, or licensed academic or accreditation services.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to, and not to help anyone else to:

  • use Kerra to cheat on an exam, submit AI-generated work as your own in violation of your institution's academic integrity policy, or otherwise violate your institution's code of conduct or honor code;
  • generate or distribute content intended to facilitate cheating, academic dishonesty, or evasion of institutional controls;
  • access or attempt to access another user's account, LMS data, Kerra Genius profile, or any system, session, or content you are not authorized to access;
  • reverse engineer, scrape, probe, or attempt to extract Kerra's underlying models, source code, or integration mechanisms, or bypass security controls on Kerra or on a third-party platform;
  • upload, sync, generate from, or share content that infringes intellectual property rights, violates privacy laws, is unlawful, defamatory, or deceptive, or contains malicious code;
  • remove, alter, obscure, or falsify rights-management information, source information, copyright notices, watermarks, or attribution;
  • use Kerra as a public repository or resale channel for course materials you are not authorized to distribute;
  • use the Service to send spam, deceptive outreach, harassment, threats, or impersonation, or to interfere with the integrity, reliability, performance, or security of the Service on any platform;
  • misrepresent your identity, school affiliation, or eligibility for Kerra Genius; or
  • use the Service to build or train a competing product or model, without our prior written permission.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

9. Kerra Genius

9.1 What Kerra Genius is

Kerra Genius is an optional feature that gives participating employers, recruiting firms, corporate talent-acquisition teams, and staffing organizations ("Employer Partners") tools to find and contact eligible students about internship and job opportunities. Employer Partners can search and filter only using a student's name, school, major, and class year. Kerra Genius does not generate or provide Employer Partners with any AI-generated evaluation, score, rating, or fit signal of any kind.

9.2 Kerra Genius is opt-in only

You are not enrolled in Kerra Genius unless you affirmatively opt in. Enrolling is voluntary, requires you to be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and is not a condition of using any other part of the Service. Nothing in your Kerra Genius profile is made searchable by, or disclosed to, an Employer Partner before you opt in.

9.3 Terms used in this section

"Genius Data" means the information made available to Employer Partners through Kerra Genius: your Kerra Genius profile information (your name, school, major, and class year, and any additional information you choose to add) and related engagement metadata, each as described in our Privacy Policy. Our Privacy Policy also identifies the categories of information that are never included in Genius Data and never disclosed to Employer Partners.

9.4 License you grant if you opt in

If you opt in to Kerra Genius, then in addition to the license in Section 6.4, you grant Kerra and its service providers a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license — sublicensable to Employer Partners only to the extent necessary to operate Kerra Genius — to:

  • index, store, search, retrieve, display, summarize, and transmit Genius Data through the Kerra Genius platform;
  • disclose Genius Data to Employer Partners for recruiting and hiring purposes; and
  • use Genius Data to operate, maintain, analyze, and improve Kerra Genius.

This license lasts only as long as you remain opted in. If you turn Kerra Genius off under Section 9.7, the license ends going forward. It does not require us to recall Genius Data already transmitted to an Employer Partner, or to delete de-identified or aggregated derivatives that can no longer reasonably be used to identify you.

9.5 No guarantee of opportunities

Kerra does not guarantee that participating in Kerra Genius will result in any recruiting contact, interview, internship, job offer, employment, or other opportunity, and does not guarantee that any Employer Partner will view, access, or act on your Genius Data. The availability, quality, and legitimacy of opportunities presented by Employer Partners are outside our control. Kerra is not a party to any employment relationship between you and an Employer Partner.

9.6 Employer Partners are independent parties

Employer Partners are independent third parties, not our agents, employees, or affiliates. We do not control and are not responsible for any Employer Partner's hiring decisions, employment practices, communications, data handling, or compliance with law.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KERRA DISCLAIMS ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY ACT OR OMISSION OF AN EMPLOYER PARTNER, INCLUDING ITS MISUSE, UNAUTHORIZED DISCLOSURE, OR INADEQUATE PROTECTION OF GENIUS DATA; ANY DISCRIMINATORY, UNFAIR, OR UNLAWFUL HIRING OR EVALUATION PRACTICE; ANY DECISION MADE IN RELIANCE ON GENIUS DATA; ANY FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH APPLICABLE DATA PROTECTION, EMPLOYMENT, OR ANTI-DISCRIMINATION LAW; ANY COMMUNICATION, SOLICITATION, OR CONTACT AN EMPLOYER PARTNER INITIATES; AND ANY LOSS, DAMAGE, OR HARM ARISING FROM YOUR INTERACTION WITH AN EMPLOYER PARTNER.

We require each Employer Partner to agree to contractual restrictions on its use of Genius Data, as described in our Privacy Policy, but we cannot guarantee that every Employer Partner will comply with those restrictions at all times. We are not liable for an Employer Partner's breach of its agreement with us.

9.7 Turning Kerra Genius off

You may turn Kerra Genius off at any time by disabling the Kerra Genius toggle in your account settings, or by emailing privacy@kerra.app with the subject line "Genius Opt-Out" and including your full name and account email address. You may also edit or remove the information in your Kerra Genius profile at any time.

When we process your request, we will stop generating new Genius Data from your account and remove your profile from active Employer Partner search results within thirty (30) days. Our Privacy Policy describes the effects and limitations of turning Kerra Genius off. Turning it off does not affect your access to any other feature of the Service, and you may opt back in at any time through account settings.

10. Communications

10.1 Service communications

You agree that we may send you the transactional and service communications we need in order to operate the Service, such as verification messages, billing notices, security alerts, product updates tied to your account, and legal notices.

10.2 Text messages

If you opt in to text messages, you consent to receive texts from Kerra according to the consent you gave at sign-up or in settings. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.

10.3 Marketing

You may opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in the email or by contacting us. You cannot opt out of essential service communications while you maintain an account.

11. Intellectual Property

The Service — including its software, design, trademarks (including "Kerra" and "Kerra Connect"), and underlying technology, but excluding User Content and third-party materials — is owned by Kerra or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license to use the Service as intended, these Terms grant you no rights in Kerra's intellectual property. We reserve all rights not expressly granted.

12. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with or links to third-party services, including LMS platforms, AI model providers, payment processors, and the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and Kerra is not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.

13. Termination and Account Deletion

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time through account settings. We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access, or disable any content or feature, with or without notice, if we believe that you have violated these Terms or another policy, that your use creates legal, privacy, platform, security, or operational risk, that we are required to act by law, court order, or a platform or service-provider restriction, that continued access could harm Kerra or our users or third parties, or at an institution's documented request regarding an LMS integration.

The following survive termination: Section 6 (User Content and the Rights You Grant), Sections 9.4 through 9.7 (as to Genius Data disclosed before termination), Section 11 (Intellectual Property), Section 14 (Disclaimers), Section 15 (Limitation of Liability), Section 16 (Indemnification), Section 17 (Dispute Resolution), Section 18 (Governing Law and Time Limit on Claims), any accrued payment obligations, and any audit records we are required to keep.

14. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE, INCLUDING ALL AI-GENERATED CONTENT, IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, QUIET ENJOYMENT, ACCURACY, AND AVAILABILITY.

Without limiting the foregoing, we do not warrant that:

  • the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free;
  • third-party platforms will continue to permit access or any integration; or
  • any content, output, note, draft, or message will be accurate, lawful for you to use, or acceptable to your institution.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.

15. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KERRA AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AFFILIATES, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, GOODWILL, DATA, EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITY, ACADEMIC STANDING, EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY, OR REPUTATION, ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID KERRA IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

Nothing in these Terms limits liability to the extent that limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

16. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Kerra and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers from any claims, demands, actions, losses, liabilities, damages, judgments, settlements, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or relating to:

  • your User Content;
  • your LMS access or your instructions to us;
  • your sharing or disclosure of course materials, notes, outputs, or personal data; or
  • your violation of these Terms, applicable law, your institution's policies (including its academic integrity policies), or any third party's rights.

17. Dispute Resolution, Arbitration, and Class Action Waiver

Please read this section carefully. It requires most disputes to be resolved by individual arbitration rather than in court, waives your right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action, and gives you 30 days to opt out of arbitration entirely.

17.1 Informal resolution first

Before filing a claim, you and Kerra agree to try to resolve the dispute informally. Send a written notice of dispute to legal@kerra.app describing the issue, the relief you are seeking, and your contact information. If we cannot resolve it within sixty (60) days after the notice, either party may proceed as described below.

17.2 Binding individual arbitration

Except for disputes that qualify for small claims court and claims for injunctive relief concerning intellectual property or misuse of the Service, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its applicable consumer rules. The arbitration will be conducted in English before a single arbitrator, and will take place remotely or in a location consistent with the AAA consumer rules and applicable law.

17.3 No class actions or representative claims

You and Kerra each waive any right to participate in a class action, collective action, private attorney general action, consolidated action, or other representative proceeding.

17.4 Batch arbitration

If twenty-five (25) or more substantially similar claims are asserted against Kerra by the same or coordinated counsel at or around the same time, the parties agree that the AAA may administer those claims in coordinated batches, with one arbitrator per batch, and that remaining claims may be stayed until earlier batches are resolved. This provision is intended to preserve the efficiency of arbitration and does not authorize any class or representative proceeding.

17.5 Jury trial waiver

To the extent any dispute proceeds in court, you and Kerra each waive the right to a jury trial.

17.6 Your right to opt out of arbitration

You may opt out of this arbitration agreement within thirty (30) days after you first agree to these Terms by emailing legal@kerra.app with the subject line "Arbitration Opt-Out" and including your full name, your account email address, and a clear statement that you want to opt out of arbitration. Opting out of arbitration does not affect your access to the Service.

17.7 Severability of this section

If the class action waiver in Section 17.3 is found unenforceable as to a particular claim, that claim will be severed from arbitration and heard in court, and the remainder of this Section 17 will continue to apply to all other claims. If any other part of this Section 17 is found unenforceable, the remainder will continue to apply.

18. Governing Law and Time Limit on Claims

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, except to the extent federal law or mandatory local law requires otherwise. Any claim not subject to arbitration must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Delaware, unless mandatory law requires a different forum.

You must bring any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service within one (1) year after the claim arose, unless applicable law prohibits that limitation.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Service, in applicable law, or in the platforms on which Kerra operates. We will post the updated Terms with a revised "Last Updated" date and, for material changes, provide notice by email or in-app notification. Changes take effect on the date stated in the notice, and your continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to a change, you may stop using the Service and delete your account. Material changes to Section 17 will not apply retroactively to a dispute of which we had notice before the change took effect.

20. Miscellaneous

Severability and waiver. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision.

Assignment. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or by operation of law. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent.

No third-party beneficiaries. These Terms create no third-party beneficiary rights, except that Apple Inc. and Google LLC are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms with respect to your use of the corresponding app, and may enforce them against you in that capacity.

Force majeure. Neither party is liable for a failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, labor disputes, utility or network failures, acts of government, and the acts or omissions of third-party platforms or providers.

Export controls and sanctions. You represent that you are not located in, and are not a national or resident of, a country or territory subject to comprehensive U.S. sanctions, and that you are not on any U.S. government restricted-party list.

Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any supplemental terms presented to you in-product, constitute the entire agreement between you and Kerra regarding the Service.

21. Contact Us

Questions about these Terms may be sent to PlanItUni LLC at legal@kerra.app. Privacy questions, including questions about Kerra Genius, may be sent to privacy@kerra.app. Support requests may be sent to support@kerra.app.
